Iron Stake uses personal information to run accounts, property listings, saved homes, buyer enquiries and seller billing. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioural advertising.
This notice covers the Iron Stake website and the web app used by buyers, sellers and administrators. Iron Stake is described on this site as a subsidiary of ACHV Capital LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
We collect information you provide when you create and use an account, including your email address, display name and whether you register as a buyer or seller.
Secure ownership-document upload is not currently enabled. This notice must be updated with its document types, access rules and retention period before that feature is opened to sellers.
We use personal information to create and protect accounts, save buyer preferences, publish and review seller listings, deliver enquiries, process seller billing and refunds, operate referrals, send service email, prevent abuse and support users.
We do not sell personal information, use it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or send buyer enquiries to lead brokers, lenders, insurers or marketing lists.
These providers process information to supply their services to Iron Stake and under their own terms and privacy notices.
Seller drafts and submissions remain private to the seller and authorised administrators. A property becomes public only after administrator approval. Public listing information can include the property's location, details, photographs, proposed price and lease-option terms.
Buyer enquiries are delivered to the seller's private dashboard with the buyer's confirmed email so the seller can reply. Other sellers cannot see them. Do not include sensitive financial, identity or payment information in an enquiry.
The website uses browser storage for the signed-in session, temporary form recovery, service-worker update state and saves made against clearly marked sample homes. Account-backed saves, real listing drafts and enquiries are also stored in Supabase so they persist after sign-out and across devices.
The offline service worker may cache public page files. It is designed not to cache account pages, API responses or private property photos.
Iron Stake does not currently run an advertising network, social pixel, session recorder or third-party analytics product. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising.
Authentication and security may use browser storage needed to keep you signed in. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track do not change the site's behaviour because Iron Stake does not sell personal information or run targeted advertising.
We keep account and marketplace records while the account or listing is active and as reasonably needed for service operation, security, disputes, payment records and legal obligations. Service-provider backups and logs follow their own deletion cycles.
To request access, correction or deletion, email hello@iron-stake.com from the address on your account. Some billing, fraud-prevention and legal records may need to be retained after an account or listing closes.
Iron Stake uses encrypted network connections, private storage for seller uploads, database access rules and role-restricted administrator actions. No internet service can promise absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe an account or listing has been accessed without permission.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to appeal a response to a privacy request. You can also stop a seller subscription from renewing through the seller dashboard.
Send a privacy request to hello@iron-stake.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account. Iron Stake does not discriminate against a user for making a privacy request.
Iron Stake is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Accounts and listings are intended for people at least 18 years old. The service is currently intended for users and properties in the United States.
We will update the date above when this notice changes. Material changes will be communicated through the site or account email when appropriate.
